Product Overview
The LR-R500 Gasoline Octane Rating Unit is a high-end, full-featured model developed according to the latest standard requirements. Compared with previous products, its functions and performance have been significantly improved, and it possesses complete independent intellectual property rights. The ZFY-500R is used to determine the anti-knock performance of gasolines for automotive and aviation spark-ignition engines. It fully complies with ASTM D2699 and ASTM D2700 (also covering the latest requirements of GB/T 5487 and GB/T 503). It adopts a test method comparing standard reference fuels with test samples under equivalent conditions, with an octane rating range designed from 40 to 120. The instrument's stability, reliability, ease of operation, accuracy, and consistency of results can reach world-advanced levels.
Features
1. Complies with ASTM D2699 (Research Method) and ASTM D2700 (Motor Method) — also covers latest GB/T 503 and GB/T 5487. Fast switching between Motor and Research methods, easy to operate.
2. Implements all relevant operating functions required by ASTM and GB standards; particularly suitable for the compression ratio method, also supports the interpolation method for fuel rating.
3. Engine adopts an integral cooling jacket design for stable and reliable mechanical performance.
4. Equipped with four fuel reservoirs, one of which includes a cooling jacket and a rotary valve with cooling sleeve.
5. Uses non-contact laser compression ratio measurement, unaffected by temperature, providing accuracy one order of magnitude higher than traditional methods.
6. The DT30DS knock sensor is designed to industrial standards, with a specially designed signal transmitter ensuring sensor interchangeability.
7. Independent knock meter configured strictly according to standards to adjust knock signals as required, providing a calibrated knock intensity display. Meets standard requirements for broadening and standard knock intensity during fuel rating.
8. Precision rotary encoder technology for accurate ignition control; ignition angle adjustment requires no mechanical changes.
9. Automatically detects ambient pressure and provides real-time automatic compensation during tests. Built-in octane number vs. compression ratio curve. Test results can be printed via the front-panel printer, and the system supports connection to a LIMS.
10. Large-capacity air conditioning unit with two-stage temperature control provides dust-free, dry, and temperature-stable air meeting standard requirements.
11. Equipped with a lubricating oil preheating module, preheating time controlled within 30 minutes. Oil filtration includes both coarse and fine stages.
12. Low-power, high-efficiency circulating cooling unit with power consumption below 0.4 kW; maintenance-free.
13. Structured modular design; control system uses a modular controller to enhance reliability and make daily maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting easy and convenient.
14. Adjustable touchscreen console. The ONManager® application software features a highly integrated user interface. Real-time status monitoring is clear at a glance. Step-by-step guided operation buttons are aesthetically designed and easy to learn.
15. ONManager® displays a real-time 100-cycle knock intensity trend curve. Software provides timely and clear operation prompts. Automatically records startup time and cumulative running time, and automatically displays maintenance reminders.
