LR-DT190 Image Particle Size and Shape Analyzer is an advanced particle analysis instrument based on digital image processing technology. It can detect and analyze the particle size distribution and shape characteristics of solid particles with high precision and efficiency. The instrument captures images of particles in a specific dispersion medium through a high-resolution industrial camera, and uses professional image processing algorithms to segment, identify and extract features from the collected images. During the analysis process, the system can automatically identify the boundaries of individual particles and accurately measure key particle shape parameters such as the major axis, minor axis, area, perimeter, circularity, and aspect ratio of the particles, thereby achieving statistical analysis of particle size distribution.
The imaging system of the LR-DT190 image particle size and shape analyzer adopts a dynamic dual-channel telecentric imaging system, combined with dual-light source dual-lens single-channel imaging patented technology, which can use different magnification lenses to observe particle distribution in the same area. The imaging system can accurately capture the largest particles in the sample, achieve effective measurement of D100, make up for the inability of the laser particle size analyzer to test D100, and provide a reliable means of accurately testing D100 for lithium batteries and other fields. This equipment is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, medicine, food, metallurgy, environmental protection and other fields, providing scientific and accurate data support for product quality control, process optimization, and new product research and development. Its analysis speed is fast, its repeatability is good, and it does not require complicated sample preprocessing, which significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of particle analysis.

The LR-DT190 Dynamic Image Particle Size and Shape Analysis System utilizes dynamically dispersed particles and high-speed real-time acquisition and analysis. It comprehensively analyzes particle size and shape between 10-5000µm. Dual high-speed cameras acquire images in real-time, and particle image analysis and processing yield particle size and shape parameters. While the detection is in progress, the results are displayed in real-time as a graph. Simultaneously, the detection process can be intuitively checked by observing the particle images. All particle images and parameters are directly calculated and saved to the particle image library during the detection process. After the detection process ends, the results are displayed in different formats.
