Microcomputer-controlled Shock Absorber Fatigue Testing Machine Motor Vehicles Shock Absorbers Fatigue Life Tester Test Bench
Product Overview
The PAW-10J microcomputer-controlled shock absorber fatigue testing machine is primarily used for fatigue life testing of telescopic shock absorbers applied in various motor vehicles, including passenger cars, light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, motorcycles, and other types of vehicles. Special fixtures can also be customized to accommodate fatigue testing of unique specimens.
This microcomputer-controlled shock absorber fatigue and durability test system is developed based on a mature conventional fatigue testing machine, integrating advanced technologies such as modern electronic sensing, measurement, and control systems, resulting in a high-precision, highly programmable spring fatigue testing machine.
System Description
1. Main Frame: The main frame consists of four components: the frame structure, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission system, and fixtures. The frame includes vertical columns, worktable, actuator, upper crossbeam, screw lift mechanism, and base. These components are assembled together and securely mounted onto the base. Test specimens are installed between the actuator and the screw lift mechanism via positioning grooves. By adjusting the vertical position of the screw lift mechanism, specimens of different dimensions and specifications can be accommodated. Additionally, by replacing fixtures, specimens with different mounting configurations can be tested.
2. Loading Mechanism: This is a mechanical structure primarily composed of a crank-slider mechanism that converts the rotary motion of the motor into vertical linear reciprocating motion. By adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the stroke length of the reciprocating motion can be varied to meet the required test travel distance for the specimen.
3. Transmission System: The transmission system comprises either a servo electric cylinder or a three-phase asynchronous frequency-converting motor combined with a flywheel. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be freely regulated within the range of 0.5 to 5 Hz.
4. Control System: The computer-based measurement and control system is independently developed and manufactured by our company, featuring memory functionality that allows historical test data to be retrieved at any time. As the central unit of the testing equipment, the control system performs two key functions: first, it collects force signals from each spring during testing via the computer, displaying real-time test force and various status parameters such as test frequency, current number of cycles, load-time curves for each station, and force decay; second, it sets control parameters according to requirements—such as defining the number of cycles before automatic shutdown or setting force thresholds for automatic shutdown based on stress reduction—and sends control signals to the high-power control box. The high-power controller then manages the main motor and the mechanisms for adjusting the upper and lower test spaces, ensuring safe operation by protecting against erroneous movements during testing and safeguarding both operators and equipment.
