Introduction
LR-A393 is an automatic model we have launched in accordance with the requirements of the ASTM standard, and it has completely independent intellectual property rights. LR-A393 is used to measure the anti-knock performance of gasoline for automobiles and ignition-type aircraft engines. It fully complies with ASTM D2699, ASTM D2700 (which also covers the latest requirements of GB/T5487 and GB/T503), and adopts the standard test method of comparing the tested sample with the reference fuel under the same conditions. The designed octane value test range is 40 to 120. The stability and reliability of this instrument, as well as its level of automation in test operation, accuracy and stability of the results, can all reach the level of similar imported products.
Functional Features
1. Dual-purpose device, enabling quick switching between motor method and research method. The operation is simple and easy to perform.
2. The instrument can perform all the required operation functions as per standards, making it particularly suitable for applications involving large-scale continuous sample analysis.
3. Fully automatic operation. After parameter settings, the oil evaluation can be completed automatically in one click, and the test results (printable output) can be obtained.
4. The engine adopts an integrated cooling jacket design, equipped with four oil storage tanks, featuring an automatic liquid level search function, simplifying the adjustment of the maximum detonation signal liquid level.
5. Using laser non-contact measurement for compression ratio, unaffected by temperature, the measurement accuracy is one order of magnitude higher than traditional methods.
6. Precise measurement of engine operating phase using a precision rotary encoder, enabling precise ignition control. The ignition angle adjustment does not require mechanical adjustment.
7. The sensitivity and frequency response of the detonation sensor DT30DS have reached the level of imported products, and the specially designed signal transmitter ensures the interchangeability of the detonation sensor.
8. Automatic detection of environmental air pressure, real-time compensation, and built-in relationship curves between octane number and compression ratio, directly outputting test results, and supporting connection to the LIMS system.
9. Equipped with a large-capacity air regulation unit DW30AU with two-level temperature control functions, providing dust-free, dry, and constant temperature gas that meets standards.
10. Configured with an oil preheating module, with a preheating time controlled within 30 minutes, and the oil is filtered in two stages (coarse and fine).
11. Equipped with DW30CU low-power circulating cooling water system, eliminating the need for connecting tap water or large-capacity water tanks in the laboratory.
12. The entire machine adopts a structured design, with a control system using a modular controller, enhancing reliability while making daily maintenance, upkeep, and fault handling easy and convenient.
13. Utilizing a programmable touch screen control panel, various real-time status monitoring information is clearly displayed. The operation buttons are designed in a step-by-step guidance mode, making it aesthetically pleasing and easy to learn.
14. The interface displays the trend curve of detonation intensity in real time, automatically records the startup time and cumulative running time, and automatically provides maintenance and maintenance prompts.
