ISO 5287 Transmission Belt Mechanical Closed-Loop Power Testing Machine Automotive Multi-Ribbed Belts Life Test Equipment
Application
The transmission belt mechanical closed-loop power testing machine is suitable for performance testing and life testing of automotive V-belts, multi-ribbed belts, and other transmission belts. It conforms to the requirements of GB 13552 "Automotive Multi-Ribbed Belts," GB/T 11545 "Belt Drives - V-belts for the Automotive Industry - Fatigue Testing," GB 12732 "Automotive V-belts," and ISO 5287.
Structural Features
Currently, domestic transmission belt mechanical closed-loop power testing machines utilize two types of torque sensor mounting structures on the driven shaft: shaft-to-shaft coupling and shaft-in-shaft coupling. The shaft-to-shaft coupling structure divides the driven shaft into two sections, i.e., two bearing housings. The torque sensor is installed between the two bearing housings (four bearings) and connected by a coupling. This results in a large equipment width, difficulty in ensuring coaxiality, and susceptibility to damage of the bearings and torque sensor. The shaft-in-shaft coupling structure divides the driven shaft into inner and outer shafts, with the torque sensor installed at the shaft end connecting the inner and outer shafts. This structure is compact, but still requires four bearings. The inner and outer shafts require concentricity, and the size of the inner bearing is limited by the structure, making the bearings prone to damage. Due to high installation requirements and the impact of damaged bearings, the lifespan of the torque sensor is also affected. The transmission belt mechanical closed-loop power testing machine features a torque sensor installed at the end of the driven shaft, with the outer ring connected to the pulley and the inner bore connected to the driven shaft. It utilizes one driven shaft housing, one driven shaft, and two bearings, resulting in a compact structure, easy installation, high coaxial accuracy, improved equipment reliability, and extended torque sensor lifespan.
