Introduction
The LR-A394 is a diesel cetane number tester we have recently launched based on the latest versions of ASTM D613 and GB/T 386 standards. It has completely independent intellectual property rights. Its main body is a standard single-cylinder, four-stroke, variable compression ratio, indirect injection diesel engine. Under the conditions of controlling the fuel flow rate, injection time and compression ratio, it compares the tested diesel with the standard fuel to obtain the measured value of the ignition delay period of the diesel. The typical test range of the LR-A394 is 30 to 65. The stability and reliability of this instrument, as well as the accuracy and stability of the results, can all reach the level of similar imported products. At the same time, it also improves the convenience of the test operation.
Functional features
1. Utilizing a specially designed DD-CFR integrated indirect injection diesel engine, it complies with the CFR standard;
2. Strictly in accordance with the standards, high-performance mechanical fuel injection pumps and single-hole fuel injectors are adopted. The fuel injection opening pressure and the spray form of the fuel meet the standard requirements.
3. The engine running phase is measured by a precise rotary encoder, which is accurate and reliable;
4. The sensitivity and frequency response of the combustion sensor DT60DS have reached the level of imported products;
5. The laser module measures the precise compression ratio reading (handwheel reading) in real time. After the test procedure is completed, the test results can be directly read, improving the automation level;
6. Precise operation knobs are set to adjust the fuel injection speed to meet the standard requirements;
7. A lubricating oil preheating module is configured, with the preheating time controlled within 30 minutes, and the lubricating oil is filtered in two levels (coarse and fine);
8. A low-power circulating cooling water system is configured, with the fuel injector independently equipped with a temperature control device;
9. The control system uses a modular controller to enhance reliability while making daily maintenance, upkeep, and fault handling easy and convenient;
10. Various real-time status monitoring information on the interface is clearly visible. A test procedure-guided operation button design is adopted, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to learn;
11. The interface displays the trend curves of the fuel injection advance angle and ignition lag period in real time, and automatically records the startup time and cumulative running time.
