Product Overview
The LR-P10J microcomputer-controlled shock absorber fatigue testing machine is mainly used for fatigue life testing of telescopic shock absorbers used in various automobiles, light trucks, heavy trucks, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. Special fixtures can also be manufactured to accommodate fatigue testing of special specimens.
The microcomputer-controlled shock absorber fatigue durability testing bench is a high-precision, high-range-control spring fatigue testing machine built upon a mature ordinary fatigue testing machine, combined with modern electronic induction, measurement, and control technologies.
Solution Description
1. Main Unit: The main unit consists of four parts: frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixtures. The frame consists of a column, worktable, actuator, upper crossbeam, lead screw lifting mechanism, and base. The column, worktable, actuator, upper crossbeam, and lead screw lifting mechanism are assembled together and stably mounted on the base. The test sample is installed between the actuator and the lead screw via a limiting groove. Adjusting the lead screw's lifting position accommodates test pieces of different sizes and specifications. Changing the fixtures allows for test pieces with different installation methods.
2. Loading Mechanism: This is a mechanical structure, mainly composed of a crank-connecting rod mechanism, converting the motor's rotational motion into vertical linear reciprocating motion. Adjusting the eccentricity of the slider adjusts the distance of the linear reciprocating motion to achieve the required test stroke for the test piece.
3. Transmission System: The transmission mechanism consists of a servo electric cylinder or a three-phase asynchronous frequency converter motor and flywheel. Adjusting the motor speed allows the test frequency to be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 0.5–5 Hz.
4. Control System: The computer-controlled measurement and control system is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It has a memory function, meaning historical test data can be retrieved at any time. The measurement and control system is the central hub of the testing apparatus. On one hand, it collects the test force signal of each spring during the test via computer and displays the test force in real time, along with various status parameters such as test frequency, current number of tests, load-time curves for each station, and test force decay. On the other hand, it sets control parameters according to control requirements, such as setting the number of tests for automatic shutdown and setting the test force for automatic shutdown based on stress reduction. It also sends control signals to the high-voltage control box, which in turn controls the main motor and the adjustment mechanism of the upper and lower test spaces. During the test, it protects the space adjustment function to prevent erroneous actions and ensure the safety of the operator and equipment.
