1. Description:
The simulation of a three-level road bumpy test bench is used to assess the actual road conditions that various items can withstand during road transportation by vehicles. This is done to obtain the impact of actual road conditions on the items in the laboratory, thereby providing a basis for evaluating or confirming the items and their packaging. The simulated three-level highway bumping test bench is suitable for using trucks to transport products and conducting road transportation acceleration simulation tests to determine whether the product can adapt to the expected transportation vibration environment. Road transportation acceleration simulation tests refer to conducting tests on the simulated bench by increasing the test values of simulated transportation vibration to shorten the simulation test time and conducting tests consistent with the statistical characteristics of fatigue accumulation damage in the automotive transportation environment.
2. Characteristics:
The simulated three-level highway bumping test bench reproduces the vibration environment of the test vehicle during its operation on the road during the experiment. The method of segmenting into frequency bands is used to simulate broadband random vibration. Each frequency band contains a main natural frequency and satisfies the power spectrum of the frequency band. The vibration magnitude of the test bench is consistent with the actual road spectrum, and the dynamic rotation time of the test bench is equal to the actual time.
