Chamber Structure Design
2.1 Inner Chamber Material: SUS#304 stainless steel plate; features an integrated, reinforced structural design.
2.2 Outer Chamber Material: SUS#304 stainless steel plate with powder coating (light sand color).
2.3 Chamber Door: Features a dual-layer imported airtight clamping mechanism to effectively prevent external temperature leakage.
2.4 Observation Window: Tempered glass window.
2.5 Rotating Sample Rack: Made of 304 stainless steel; circular design.

B. Water leakage prevented using bearing oil seals.
2.6 Optional: Dynamic live-load (electrified) mechanism.
Testing Scope
3.1 Each nozzle is equipped with a high-pressure and high-temperature resistant solenoid valve. The activation time for each angle is 10 seconds (adjustable; setting range: 0–5 min). Spray and pause times can be set individually for each nozzle; spraying proceeds sequentially from one angle to the next (cycle count adjustable: 0–1,000 times).
Nozzle types: EG 2505, 1/4 PMEG 2506, MEG 2506.
3.2 Equipped with 10mm tempered glass and an explosion-proof transparent protective film; sealed with gaskets to prevent leakage. Internal lighting uses an isolated design to prevent electrical leakage and facilitate bulb replacement; high-brightness PL lamps are used. 3.3 Materials Used:
A. Interior: SUS#304 stainless steel sheet (with tempered glass)
B. Exterior: SUS#304 stainless steel sheet with matte striped finish
C. Pump Motor: One set of Italian-made direct-drive units
D. High Pressure: 40–140 bar (includes pressure buffering design)

H. 400L stainless steel water storage tank (automatic water refill, drainage, and overflow functions); high-pressure cleaning water temperature adjustable from 30°C (ambient) to 90°C (rated temperature: 80 ± 5°C)
I. Safety door interlock: Pump power cuts off automatically when the door is opened

HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Equipment: Configure the following via the HMI:
1. Optional external power supply connection allows performance testing of the test specimen simultaneously with the water resistance test (one set).
2. Configurable operation time, water resistance cycles, and duration.
3. HMI settings: 8-inch full-color touch interface; USB data access for pressure and temperature records.
4. Control and Display: Touchscreen operation with Chinese menus; supports cyclic and continuous operation modes; real-time dynamic refresh of sampled data and set parameters; real-time curve plotting. Displays pressure, flow rate, temperature, test duration, etc.
5. Recording and Alarm Functions: Automatic shutdown on alarm; alarm log viewing and export; alarm configuration and fault analysis; 10-second sampling interval; stores up to three months of curves and test data; allows detailed querying of sampled data at any moment within the three-month period; USB export capability for printing curves and generating data reports on a PC.
