Product Introduction
The wheel torsional fatigue testing machine mainly consists of a main frame, electric cylinders, a microcomputer control unit, a high-power electrical control unit, test fixtures and other components. The main frame of the motorcycle light-alloy wheel torsional fatigue testing machine is composed of a loading mechanism, force applying levers and measuring devices. Loading is driven by servo-motor electric cylinders. A specially designed elastic clamping device realizes rigid clamping of the wheel; torque is applied to the wheel via lever loading of the torque applying assembly, and load measurement is implemented by load cells.
Main Frame of Wheel Torsional Fatigue Testing Machine
The main frame is designed and fabricated with a welded structure. Its force-executing mechanism adopts electric cylinders. The custom elastic clamping device provides rigid clamping for the wheel, and lever loading is adopted to apply torque to the wheel. Load cells are used to measure applied loads.
