Introduction

This equipment incorporates a PID artificial intelligence control system and an internet-based wireless remote intelligent control system, significantly improving temperature control accuracy, stability, reliability, and providing online technical support and rapid maintenance. It fully meets the online production application needs of industries such as steel, cement, non-ferrous metals, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and refractory materials.

 

Performance and Manufacturing Process Features

The machine's sample holder adopts a high-temperature ceramic 6-head disc design (operating temperature up to 1250℃), S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple temperature control, gun-type silicon carbide rod heating, PID intelligent control system + PLC program control + LCD touch screen Chinese and English operating system with two automatic operating modes and one manual operating mode. The unique single-piece sample molding design (no need for mold casting) and the working method of sample holder rotation + furnace body oscillation create a vortex-like movement of the molten material to achieve optimal uniformity and bubble removal, thus achieving the best sample melting effect. It features simple operation, high degree of automation, high working efficiency, high temperature control accuracy, and safe and reliable operation, meeting the requirements of various industry analysis standards.

I. Furnace Body (Double-Layer Composite Furnace Chamber)

1. The outer insulation layer uses high-quality polycrystalline fiber ceramic refractory material (featuring excellent insulation performance and long service life).

2. The inner refractory layer (the fire-facing surface of the furnace body) uses cordierite and mullite refractory material (featuring long service life, crack resistance, and no slagging, especially suitable for the high-precision, pollution-free requirements of X-ray fluorescence analysis). (This has completely replaced imported products.)

3. The support frame uses a high-temperature ceramic support frame (six-head disc type), featuring high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its lifespan is more than 3 times that of high-temperature alloy support frames, and it has now completely replaced imported products.

II. Central Control Section

1. The instrument's central control section uses PID intelligent control + PLC program control + 7-inch color LCD touch screen operating system. The control interface is a 7-inch LCD screen, which is easy to operate. It uses an Omron PLC (Omron PLCs are convenient and flexible in terms of small PLCs; for example, adding functions to the equipment only requires adding instructions to the original program without resetting the program).  It has four menus: Automatic Mode 1, Automatic Mode 2, Manual Mode, and Parameter Setting (Automatic Mode 1 is suitable for melting conventional samples, and Automatic Mode 2 is suitable for melting special refractory samples and for research purposes). This simplifies management and greatly reduces the workload of operators. The instrument can store 9 melting curves and has a data saving function. It can also be customized according to user needs. Two working curves are available. The control system adopts PID intelligent control technology, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature control. The temperature difference during the holding phase is less than ±1℃, and the current changes smoothly during operation without any impact. This instrument has a high degree of automation and can complete the entire process of automatic heating, temperature holding, and sample melting. After the sample is placed in the furnace, the instrument can automatically complete the pre-standing, oscillation, rotation, and post-standing processes, with an audible alert at the end to prompt sample removal.

2. The instrument's actuator is controlled by a frequency converter and PLC in conjunction with the motor. The use of PLC greatly reduces the complexity of the circuit and the failure rate of electrical components, thus ensuring the smooth oscillation of the furnace body, preventing sudden starts and stops that could cause splashing of the molten sample. The oscillation frequency, oscillation angle, and sample rotation speed are all adjustable, allowing for high-quality sample melting at different temperatures for various materials, meeting the analytical requirements of various industries.

III. Instrument Protection Measures

The instrument has two levels of protection measures: The first level is software protection; the central control unit will shut down the output when the furnace temperature exceeds the specified upper limit. The second level is hardware protection; the instrument is equipped with a hardware over-temperature alarm device. Even in the event of software failure or system crash, the main circuit will be disconnected, thus protecting the safety of the instrument. At the same time, the equipment has a built-in fault self-diagnosis and troubleshooting function, allowing for quick identification and resolution of faults.
