Product Description

Introduction

The LR-P25 electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine is primarily used to test the dynamic and static mechanical properties of materials and components. It can perform mechanical property tests in tension, compression, bending, tension-tension, tension-compression, and compression-compression modes.  It can output waveforms such as sine waves, triangular waves, and square waves for low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue testing. Adding a WCOD crack extension system allows for crack propagation testing, and configuring a high-low temperature chamber enables high-low temperature mechanical property testing.

The development of the electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine draws on the development and manufacturing experience of internationally renowned electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine companies. It adopts a "modular, standardized" development concept, incorporating advanced international electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine technology and designed in conjunction with the actual usage conditions of domestic users. Key components of the electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine are selected from internationally and domestically renowned brands of similar products. This greatly improves the stability and reliability of the system. The key units and components of the system all use leading domestic and international brands. This series of products features ease of use, high control accuracy, and good reliability.

 

Product Composition

The LR-P25 electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine mainly consists of a main frame, a 225kN servo cylinder, an 18L/min adjustable pressure pump station, an oil source air cooling system, test fixtures, a hydraulic servo drive module, a crossbeam lifting drive module, a fully digital servo control system and testing software, a computer, a printer, etc.

1. Main Machine:

The main machine is a two-column frame structure. The lower part is the base. Type A machines have a 25kN servo cylinder, hydraulic servo drive module, and crossbeam lifting drive module inside. Type B machines have the oil cylinder on the upper part of the crossbeam, selected according to the customer's testing requirements. The space between the table and the crossbeam is the test space. The size of the test space is adjusted by lifting and lowering the crossbeam. A displacement sensor is installed on the actuator piston rod to measure the actuator displacement (amplitude). A load sensor is installed below the crossbeam to measure the test force. The test fixtures below the sensor are replaced according to different tests. The crossbeam adjustment utilizes hydraulic lifting and a combination of hydraulic and mechanical locking mechanisms to ensure secure clamping of the crossbeam and more accurate test results. The testing machine main unit features smooth crossbeam lifting, high frame rigidity, convenient specimen installation, and excellent centering.

2. Servo Cylinder:

The servo cylinder is the core component of the testing machine, responsible for outputting test force and displacement. The cylinder barrel undergoes precision honing, and the piston rod undergoes surface hardening, super-precision grinding, and electroplating.  Imported seals, guide rings, and guide strips are used to ensure low friction, good sealing, fast dynamic response, and long service life. The servo valve is selected from the internationally renowned MOOG brand or the domestic brand Hangyu (HY).

3. Test Fixtures:

Tensile and compression fixtures are standard test fixtures. Bending and shear fixtures are also available, and special fixtures can be designed according to requirements.

4. Adjustable Pressure Pump Station:

The pump station has a cabinet-type structure, which is simple, elegant, and well-sealed. The pump station mainly consists of a frame, oil tank, oil pump motor unit, valve block, hydraulic components, pipelines, and cooling system, providing the hydraulic power source for the servo valve. The hydraulic pump station's output pressure is adjustable, and high and low pressures can be switched to meet the oil source supply requirements under different test conditions. The cooling system can be selected from water cooling, air cooling, and compressor refrigeration depending on the conditions.
