Overview
The hydrostatic burst testing machine is suitable for determining the instantaneous hydraulic burst and long-term constant pressure resistance time of various fluid transport plastic pipes. It is an essential testing instrument for research institutes, quality inspection departments, and pipe manufacturers.
The hydrostatic testing machine adopts computer embedded control. Its modular design allows for individual control. If a problem occurs in any circuit, simply closing the shut-off valve of the current station will not affect the normal operation of other stations. It features pipe rupture identification, real-time monitoring, power outage data recovery, printing, storage of test results, and sample pretreatment settings. To accommodate national holidays, it can store up to 7 days of data.

Working Principle
This machine can perform both hydrostatic tests and burst tests. Parameters such as the pipe's ring stress, wall thickness, and average outer diameter are input into the PC, and the test pressure is automatically calculated. Alternatively, the test pressure can be manually input based on experience. The computer transmits the data to the lower-level machine (microcontroller MCU) via an RS232 serial bus. The lower-level machine automatically applies constant pressure to the pipe. A high-pressure plunger pump generates a high-pressure liquid pressure source, which, through the pressure control system, is delivered to the sample in the constant-temperature chamber via a high-pressure hose for long-term hydrostatic or burst tests.

Comprehensive Functionality: Features include failure detection, real-time monitoring, power failure pressure maintenance, power-off protection, automatic recovery upon power restoration, printing and storing test results, etc. The main control interface offers Chinese and English language options, providing multi-language operation capabilities.
Highly user-friendly design. Features automatic time increment option, as well as manual time increment, which can be used to compensate for invalid intermediate time and to change the test pressure midway, meeting the requirements of some special pipe tests.
The product consists of three parts: pressure unit, water tank, and clamps. Specifications and models of each part are selected by the user, and special customization is also accepted.
