Introduction
The LR-B200 electromagnetic vibrating screen separator is a laboratory screening instrument developed and designed by our company. It is currently the most advanced laboratory screening instrument in China and the only domestic screening instrument equipped with screening software.
The microprocessor control unit in LR-B200 ensures that the amplitude remains constantly and steadily vibrating during the screening test, guaranteeing 100% repeatability of the screening results. The screening test results can not only be reflected on the same instrument but also be reproduced on all LR-B200 models, providing a prerequisite for meeting the accuracy requirements of the screening test.
The LR-B200 electromagnetic vibrating screen analyzer is designed with a simple and elegant style, easy to install and operate, and features a more fashionable and streamlined appearance. It works by electromagnetic drive, performing three-dimensional vibration screening and allowing amplitude adjustment according to requirements, suitable for screening various samples. It can meet the higher demands of powder particle screening. It is applicable to pharmacopoeia, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, powder particle size distribution, particle size grading tests, etc. The instrument comes with a built-in screening collection system SMART software, which can automatically weigh the sample weight and upload it to the software, automatically calculate the residue amount, mass percentage, grading mass percentage (on-screen percentage), undersize percentage (passage percentage), cumulative residue percentage (on-screen cumulative percentage), and automatically generate a particle size distribution curve after calculation. Users can choose the way to display the curve. The built-in screening collection system software of the instrument can provide a clear view of the powder particle size distribution. Users can set administrators or operators for operation management. The screening results can be saved and printed unlimitedly, and the operation steps or tested results can be audited and tracked.

The principle of the vibrating screen separator
The LR-B200 adopts electromagnetic drive, which enables the sample to perform three-dimensional tossing motion, allowing the sieving sample to be evenly distributed over the entire sieve surface. When the particles close to the sieve block the sieve holes, they will be tossed up again to let the smaller powder particles pass through the sieve holes. This electromagnetic vibration will bring you the following benefits in the sieving process: high frequency, high load, high efficiency and a quiet sieving process, generating a higher sieving effect in a shorter time. All Aode electromagnetic sieving instrument series use electromagnetic driving force as the sieving power source.
Features of the Vibrating Sieve Analyzer
1. Compliance: In accordance with the national standards GB/T6003.1-1997; GB/T6003.2-1997 2020, and in line with the provisions of the European Pharmacopoeia Ph.Eur. 2.9.38.
2. Communication: The computer and the electronic scale communicate with each other.
3. Drive: Electromagnetic drive is adopted. This drive mode enables the sample to perform three-dimensional tossing motion, ensuring that the sieving sample is evenly distributed over the entire screen. When near-screen particles block the screen holes, they will be tossed again to allow smaller powder particles to pass through the screen holes.
4. Certificate: Each set of standard sieves comes with a certificate of inspection from a nationally recognized department, supporting users to conduct third-party testing. It complies with international standards ISO3310, ISO565, and ASTME11, as well as national standards GB/6003.2-1997 and GB/T6003.1-2012.

6. The software: Equipped with SMART sieving analysis software, the entire sieving process can be automatically weighed, calculated and analyzed. The software can generate particle size distribution curves of each sieve residue, cumulative on top of the sieve and cumulative under the sieve, and can be compared and referenced with the data from the laser particle size analyzer.
