Product Introduction
The fully automatic oil particle contamination detector is suitable for the detection of particle contamination in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fire-resistant oil, insulating oil, gear oil, turbine oil, aviation kerosene, organic liquids and polymer solutions, etc. It is developed in accordance with standards such as GB/T18854-2002, ISO11171-1999, DL/T432, NAS1638, ISO4402, ISO4406, GJB420A-96, GJB420B-0 (JB/T9737.1), SAE749D, and DL/T10966. It is an instrument used for detecting the size and grade of contamination particles in the oil. This instrument is developed based on the principle of light blocking (blocking method). It can provide rapid, accurate, reliable, and repeatable detection results and complete pollution monitoring and analysis reports. The 16 detection channels offer users a wide range of detection options and are widely applied in the fields of power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, universities, research, commodity inspection, automotive manufacturing, etc.
Functional Features
1. Utilizes the light-blocking (shading) principle for counting, featuring fast detection speed and high accuracy
2. It is equipped with particle pollution grade standards such as NAS1638, GJB420A-96, GJB420B-06, ISO4406-99 (GB/T14039), ISO4406-87 (JB/T9737.1), SAE749D, and DL/T1096. It can also be customized with the required standards according to the user's requirements.
3. The sample volume, detection speed and cleaning speed can all be set.
4. High-precision laser sensor, with a wide testing range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution
5. The precision injection pump sampling device allows for the setting of the sampling volume independently. The injection speed is stable and the sampling accuracy is high.
6. By using positive and negative pressure devices, sample degassing can be achieved, making it suitable for the detection of samples of different viscosities.
7. Vacuum device, for detecting the degassing of the solution, effectively eliminating the bubbles in the liquid.
8. Built-in database management unit, supporting customized standard tests. The required standards can be set according to customer needs.
9. Color touch screen operation, built-in printer, simple and elegant structure, easy and convenient to operate
10. Built-in data analysis system, which can automatically determine the sample grade according to the standards.
11. Equipped with an RS232 interface, it can be connected to the network system of laboratory testing. Optional data software is available to enable control of the instrument by an external computer and processing of the test data.
12. It can display in either full Chinese or full English interface (optional)
