Product Introduction
The fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester is developed in accordance with the standards of GB/T265, GB/T1632, and ASTM D445. It is used to measure the kinematic viscosity, dynamic viscosity, relative viscosity, specific viscosity, and characteristic viscosity of liquids and petroleum products. The structure is ingenious, elegant, practical, and comfortable to operate. It features one-button rapid temperature control, oil sample suction, viscosity measurement, viscosity value calculation, printing, cleaning of the viscosity tube, drying of the viscosity tube, and does not require manual operation. The instrument automatically completes all these tasks, and it can conduct experiments on 4 samples simultaneously at one time, thereby improving work efficiency. It is widely used in departments such as pharmacopoeia, petroleum, chemical industry, research, metrology, commodity inspection, and power.
Functional Features
1. The controller employs high-speed dual CPUs; it boasts high reliability and high measurement accuracy.
2. The display screen is equipped with an original imported 10.0-inch color touch screen, featuring high display resolution.
3. Infrared liquid level detection is not affected by any light or source of illumination. The detection position of the liquid level can be adjusted, making it flexible and convenient.
4. The circuit is tested using imported detection modules, which ensure rapid and accurate detection, completely avoiding false detections and missed detections.
5. Imported temperature sensor from Germany, with highly sensitive response and higher control accuracy.
6. Fully automatic, with constant temperature control, oil sample suction, viscosity measurement, calculation, printing, cleaning of viscosity tubes, drying of viscosity tubes, no manual operation required. The instrument automatically completes all processes and automatically saves the results.
7. Remote Control: Control via WiFi from a remote computer. Experimental results can be remotely retrieved and exported.
8. Prevent dry heating: Equipped with an automatic temperature bath liquid level detector. If the liquid level is too low, the heating will automatically stop and a prompt will be displayed on the screen.
9. Four sets of viscosity tubes can be tested simultaneously, significantly enhancing work efficiency and saving experimental time.
10. 16 sets of preset parameters are available for selection (pre-set parameters can be modified to meet specific requirements)
11. According to the experimental requirements, one can choose from kinematic viscosity, dynamic viscosity, relative viscosity, specific viscosity ratio, and characteristic viscosity.
12. Users can choose to equip with refrigeration equipment to conduct the measurement of low-temperature viscosity.
