Introduction
The high-precision temperature calibrator is a handheld on-site temperature calibration product that integrates measurement and simulation of thermal resistors and thermocouples, and outputs and measures voltage, millivolt, resistance, current and other electrical parameter signals with high accuracy, high resolution and high reliability. It has built-in functions such as temperature difference measurement, standard temperature measurement, PID temperature control, and ρ value measurement. The user can customize the sensor function to input specific thermoresistors and thermocouple specifications. Through thermal engineering auxiliary tools, various electrical quantities and temperatures can be conveniently converted to each other. The instrument adopts a 3.5-inch TFT color screen, with clear readings, simple operation, sturdy structure, small size, light weight, compact and economically practical. Enhanced features (optional)
1. Temperature difference measurement function: With an accuracy of 0.003℃, this product can measure the temperature difference between two points in a space. It can complete one temperature difference data collection within 0.4 seconds, effectively improving the measurement accuracy. During the testing process, it can also calculate the 10-minute fluctuation during the test in real time. Before conducting the measurement work using standard platinum resistors or standard thermocouples, the measurement results can be traced back through the certificate values, and meet the requirements of the constant temperature bath testing specifications for electrical measuring instruments.
2. Standard temperature measurement function: Different from ordinary thermocouple measurement and thermal resistance measurement, this measurement method can use certificate values for temperature traceability. The supported types of standard thermocouples and thermal resistors include: standard thermocouples S, R, B, and T, as well as standard platinum resistors Pt25 and Pt100.
3. Using the measurement function with any sensor, you can conveniently convert the measured physical quantity (pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc.) into voltage, current, resistance, etc., for measurement. Users only need to pre-input the response curve, and the multimeter will use the internal algorithm for numerical conversion and correction, ultimately displaying the measured physical quantity on the screen. You can freely edit and modify the display units of the measured physical quantity.
4. Precise temperature control function: By using the precise temperature control function, it is possible to achieve temperature closed-loop control for constant temperature equipment, replacing high-precision PID controllers. When the constant temperature equipment and grid voltage meet the conditions, the temperature fluctuation of the equipment can be better than 0.02℃/10min (constant temperature bath).
5. ρ value measurement function: It can measure the duty cycle of periodic square wave signals, which can be used to calibrate and calibrate the PID parameters of various digital temperature indication regulators for time-proportional output, and meet the requirements of the "JJG617-1996 Digital Temperature Indication Regulator" regulation.
6. Thermal engineering conversion function: It is used to realize the mutual conversion between various electrical quantities and temperatures, and supports the types of electrical quantity and temperature conversion including: working thermocouples, industrial thermoresistors, and various temperature transmitters.
7. Numerical setting method: It has the most flexible and convenient output value setting method. You can directly set the output value through the digital keyboard, or incrementally set bit by bit using the direction keys. Additionally, the device also has a step or ramp numerical setting method that can be numbered.
8. Sine signal output function: The verification/calibration of some process recorders (especially mechanical recorders) usually involves an operation test phase, which can be accomplished by providing signals to the tested instrument through a sine wave signal output method.
9. Data recording function: It has a powerful recording management function. Up to 32 device numbers can be established, and each device number has 16 record pages. Each record page contains four basic information: time, measurement value, output value, and custom value. Users can perform operations such as device management and record deletion according to their needs.
