The large-load automatic self-aligning and leveling cylindrical gauge is designed for stable measurement. The integrated body, large-load main shaft, heavy-duty automatic adjustment platform and other core components are all designed with a surplus rigidity of over 300% for purposeful rigidity. The high rigidity of the entire machine components is the basis for achieving long-term stable measurement.
In addition to being capable of stable measurement of precise small parts, due to the high rigidity design of the entire machine frame and functional components, it can also handle large-sized parts such as spindle sleeves, shaft cores, gear shafts, crankshafts, and other long-axis parts.
