Product Introduction
This machine, under a certain contact pressure, can perform sliding motion friction in high-temperature, normal-temperature and various fluid states. It is equipped with a stepless speed regulation system and can be used to evaluate the friction and wear performance of lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubbers, ceramics and other materials under extremely low or high speed conditions. It also has a large expansion space for friction pairs, such as low-speed pin-on-disc (with large and small discs, single and triple pins) friction function, four-ball long-term anti-wear performance and four-ball rolling contact fatigue, ball-bronze three-piece lubrication performance, as well as thrust washer, ball-disc, mud wear, rubber sealing lip torque and stick-slip friction performance tests.
This testing machine is a precision mechanical and electrical integrated testing instrument. It adopts a stable loading mechanism to ensure the accuracy of the force value. The main shaft motor is a self-developed servo integrated speed regulation system and motor, featuring stable speed, large torque, wide speed regulation range and low noise. The measured parameters include test force, friction force, test time, temperature and test cycle (main shaft revolution). For the five parameters, they can be preset according to the material under study to achieve the best usage effect. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light will be on and the main shaft will stop rotating. All the measurement axis results can be displayed in real time on the computer screen, and the test curve can be recorded and saved at the same time.
