Product Introduction

This machine is a new-generation friction and wear testing equipment independently developed by our company. It can complete rolling, sliding or combined sliding and rolling movements under a certain contact pressure, and conduct point, line and surface friction simulation tests. It can be used to evaluate the friction and wear properties of materials such as lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, and ceramics. It can not only meet the needs of traditional petrochemical industry users for the research, development and testing of various materials, but also meet the needs of users developing new materials and conducting new process research for simulation evaluation tests. 
This machine is a small-scale testing machine specially designed for placement on the test platform. It can achieve various friction pairs: the conventional type is a pin-disc fixture. By changing the fixture, different friction pairs such as ball-disc, ring-end face, etc. can be realized. This machine has the advantages of stable operation, convenient control, high measurement accuracy, and a wide range of friction pair expansion. It integrates Lonroy's innovative technology and is an upgraded product for low-load friction and wear testing machines.
