Product Introduction
The LR-MUG type surface processing performance tester is a product developed and improved by our company. It adopts the forms of disc, ball disc and end face sliding friction, and can conduct tests under various conditions such as room temperature or high/low temperatures, vacuum, multiple atmospheres, changing lubrication states (oil-free lubrication or oil immersion lubrication), load, speed, friction mate materials, surface roughness of the friction pair, hardness, etc., by applying a relatively high end face test force to the ring-shaped sample. It is mainly used to evaluate the friction performance of engineering materials, powder metallurgy, alloy bearings and other materials under different conditions, and can be applied to the selection of friction pair materials and the research on the anti-wear performance of materials.
