1. General Details
Applicable to national standards and international standards
The mechanical shape is novel and the operation design is considerate
2. Two test methods, A and B, automatically determine the test status
The unique observation lamp is convenient for users to operate and highly efficient.
The test results are processed by microcomputer
The test data are processed by a microcomputer.
The intelligent testing process greatly enhances work efficiency
The samples are pneumatically clamped and released to reduce errors and time.
The testing process does not require manual drawing, and the data parameters will be displayed on the LCD
2. Principle & Standards
Principle
Before starting the test, select the test method and estimate the initial mass and Δm. Start the test. If the first sample fails, reduce the mass Δm of the falling dart. If the first sample is not damaged, increase the mass Δm of the falling dart. Continue the test according to this rule. In short, increase or decrease Δm depending on whether the previous sample is damaged. After 20 specimens, calculate the total number N of failed specimens. N = 10. The experiment is over. If N is less than 10, add the sample and continue the test until N equals 10. If N is greater than 10, add the specimens and continue the test until the number of unfailed specimens reaches 10. Then the tester automatically calculates the test results according to a specific formula.
