ISO 2528 Water Vapor Permeability Tester Cup Method Test Water Vapor Transmission Rate
1. Use
This instrument is based on the cup-shaped method and is specifically designed for testing the water vapor transmission rate of film samples. The technical indicators of materials are controlled and regulated by measuring the water vapor transmission rate to meet different application requirements.
2. Character
1. The design of the gas cylinder lifting structure and the periodic weighing method reduce systematic errors
2. In one operation, six different or equivalent samples can be tested separately and independent test results can be obtained.
3. The standard wind speed can effectively prevent the formation of the water vapor gradient.
4. Wide-range and high-precision automatic temperature and humidity control, supporting various combinations of non-standard test conditions
5. Convenient and quick access to the temperature and humidity of the calibration port.
6. The system is controlled by a computer and the testing process is automated.
7. The final report can be saved and provided in multiple formats, including Excel, database, etc.
8. Quick and accurate calibration with reference membranes or standard weights
9. The instrument is equipped with USB port and Common data port for convenient input, output, and data transfer
