ASTM F2029 Heat Sealing Tester for Packaging Plastic Film
1. Use
Heat Seal Tester is based on the heat sealing method and is specifically designed for determining the heat sealing temperature, residence time and pressure of various composite films, guiding industrial production. The instrument adopts a specially designed heat-sealed jaws, which fully comply with multiple national and international standards.

3. Principle
The heat sealing testing machine is composed of upper and lower heat sealing pliers. Before the test, pre-set the heat sealing temperature, pressure and residence time. Place the sample between the upper and lower jaws and press the start button. The entire sealing process can be completed automatically.

Extended Applications |
Covers of Jelly Cup | The instrument is composed of the upper and lower jaws. The upper one is round-shape while the lower one is designed as a specimen mould whose size exactly fits the jelly cup. Put the jelly cup in the mould of lower jaw, and heat seal can be finished by upper jaw pushing (Customization required). |
Plastic Flexible Tube | The bottom of plastic flexible tube are placed in between upper and lower jaws and then sealed to form a package. |
