Product Application
The LR-Z268 dip-coating and withdrawal film deposition system is primarily used for preparing thin-film materials via liquid-phase methods such as the sol-gel process. A clean, dry substrate is immersed into a solution, and then, according to pre-set parameters, slowly withdrawn at a controlled speed. This results in a thin layer of film adhering to the substrate, known as a "wet gel film." As the solvent evaporates from this wet gel film, it solidifies on the substrate into a "dry gel film." Further drying and high-temperature heat treatment of the dry gel film yield the desired nano-thin film material.
Parameters including withdrawal speed, withdrawal height, immersion time, number of coating cycles (for multi-layer coatings), and interval time between coatings are all continuously adjustable and precisely controlled. The system imposes no special requirements on substrate types—flat wafers, blocks, or cylinders can all be coated. With stable operation and vibration-free liquid surface during processing, experimental accuracy and efficiency are significantly enhanced.
This equipment is suitable for depositing films onto solid surfaces such as silicon wafers, semiconductor chips, glass, ceramics, and metals, and is widely applied in scientific research and industrial production.
Features of the Dip-Coating and Withdrawal Film Deposition System
1. Driven by servo motors, combined with an original German-imported vertical lifting mechanism and programmable control system, ensuring high operational precision and stability. The high accuracy, smoothness, and absence of vibration during servo motor operation are unmatched by stepper motors.
2. Upgraded with an original German-imported vertical lifting unit made from specialized functional materials, offering high precision, backlash-free transmission, smooth operation, corrosion resistance, maintenance-free lifetime performance, and extended service life.
3. Designed with an enclosed chamber structure, where both the coating solution and samples are placed inside a sealed chamber to prevent interference from external environments. Transparent front and side panels allow clear observation of the coating process.
4. Fully automatic program control with six adjustable parameters: descent speed, immersion time, withdrawal speed, coating dimensions, number of coating cycles, and interval time between cycles—all continuously adjustable and precisely controlled. Once the coating program is set, the entire process—from descent to immersion and withdrawal—is fully automated.
5. Supports both fully automatic operation and manual mode for flexible coating procedures.
6. Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen interface that displays real-time parameters during operation, enabling intuitive monitoring of the coating progress.
7. Operates smoothly at both high and low speeds, with no liquid surface vibration during work, resulting in more uniform film formation.
8. Standard configuration includes three clamping fixtures for secure and stable substrate holding. Both sides of the fixture jaws are lined with rubber pads to prevent damage to substrates.
