Brief Description The Oxidizing Solid Tester is designed to determine the potential of a test sample—when mixed with a specific combustible substance—to increase the burning rate or burning intensity of that substance. It measures the burning rate using either the burning time test method or the gravimetric method to establish the packing group, and is suitable for solid substances. The burning rate can be determined via the burning time test method or gravimetric analysis, thereby confirming the substance's packaging group. It is applicable to solid substances. 2) Complies with the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria, Test O.1 (Test for oxidizing solids) and Test O.3 (Gravimetric test for oxidizing solids); complies with GB/T 21617-2008 Dangerous goods – Test methods for oxidizing solids; complies with GA/T 536 Classification and test methods for fire hazard of flammable and explosive dangerous goods; complies with NY/T 1860 Guideline on the determination of physicochemical properties of pesticides, Part 28: Oxidizing properties; complies with GB 5085.5 Identification standards for hazardous wastes – Identification for reactivity; and complies with national or industry standards that are identical or equivalent to the aforementioned standards. Detection method for Test O.1: Infrared detection using an infrared spectral sensor to monitor the sample's combustion state while eliminating visible light interference; 4) Employs fully automated photoelectric detection technology for reliable monitoring of combustion phenomena; 5) Features fully automated gravimetric detection to record mass loss during combustion; 6) Equipped with a mold for preparing standard metal wires; 7) Automatically detects metal wire fusing and provides audible and visual alarms; 8) High-precision temperature and humidity monitoring for accurate environmental data collection; 9) Displays elapsed time and test animations in real-time during the test; 10) Supports remote ignition to ensure personnel safety during the experiment; 11) Fully automated test process requiring no manual intervention; supports functions such as parameter configuration, data storage, and report viewing. 12) Equipped with a temperature and humidity module to monitor the test environment conditions in real time; 13) Utilizes a low-thermal-conductivity corundum support plate that offers high-temperature corrosion resistance and excellent thermal insulation, effectively eliminating the impact of sample combustion and flying sparks on the weighing system; comes standard with a metal wire forming mold, with non-metallic options available for customization; 14) Automatically records raw data, plots time-mass curves, and automatically evaluates test results; 15) Equipped with a dedicated constant-power module that maintains the wire's power consumption at a constant 150 ± 2 W, unaffected by fluctuations in the wire's own temperature.
