Instrument Introduction
1. Using the human body temperature (35℃) as the standard, the insulation performance of various textiles and insulation materials is measured.
2. The sample is placed on the test plate. The test plate, the surrounding protective plate, and the base plate are all controlled by electric heating at the same temperature, and the intelligent control method maintains a constant temperature to ensure that the heat of the electric heating test plate can only be dissipated through the sample. The heating time and power required for the test plate to maintain a constant temperature within a certain period of time are measured, thereby calculating the insulation rate, heat transfer coefficient, and Cro value of the sample.
3. This instrument simulates a skin model with human body temperature: The temperature can be set. The test plate simulates the skin model, the protective plate ensures reliable accuracy, and all temperature control is controllable, visible, following, and adjustable. "Seeing the temperature control" is the consistent trial purpose from the beginning to the end. Only when "temperature control is visible" can the test process be accurately known. Only precise temperature control can lead to accurate testing.
4. The humidified air can only flow parallel to the sample surface within the air flow hood of this instrument, thereby ensuring that the heat of the test plate can only be dissipated through the sample. The evaluation software of the instrument continuously monitors and records, and statistically analyzes the heat dissipation process during the test period, providing a test report; historical records can be consulted, browsed, and analyzed; and they are permanently preserved without deterioration or damage.
5. There are 8 main temperature sensors, and 8 different colored temperature curves are displayed continuously and real-time during the test, which is a specific manifestation of "seeing the temperature control".
