LR-ZJ5 Computer Controlled Drum Shock Absorber Vibration Fatigue Durability Test Bench
The LR-ZJ5 computer controlled drum shock absorber vibration fatigue durability test bench is designed to conduct fatigue tests on shock absorbers under simulated road conditions. The performance of the tester fully complies with the requirements of industry standard QC/T 62-2021 Shock Absorbers for Motorcycles and Mopeds. It is applied to fatigue life testing of shock absorbers installed on various motor vehicles including automobiles, motorcycles and electric vehicles. Custom special fixtures can also be manufactured to accommodate fatigue tests of special specimens.
The complete machine features rational and simple reliable structure; accurate and convenient adjustment of test space and test stroke; easy and reliable clamping of test pieces; stable overall operation, as well as convenient maintenance and upkeep.
Control System
The computer measurement & control system is independently developed and manufactured by our company, equipped with memory function that allows instant access to all historical test data.
As the core hub of the test equipment, the measurement & control system works in two aspects:
It collects test force signals of each shock absorber-drum assembly during testing via computer, and displays real-time test force and various status parameters, including test frequency, accumulated test cycles, load-time curves of each station, test force attenuation, etc.
It sets control parameters according to operation demands, such as cycle threshold for automatic shutdown, test force threshold for automatic shutdown triggered by stress drop, etc. It then transmits control signals to the high-voltage control cabinet. The high-voltage controller regulates the main motor and the vertical test space adjustment mechanism, and safeguards the space adjustment function throughout the test to avoid misoperation, thus protecting operators and equipment from safety hazards.
