Introduction
Apply the prescribed load through different mediums (wooden board, PVC, ceramic tile or specified ones). Set the number of friction times and speed under the surface. To determine the friction coefficient of the sole, thereby assessing the shoe's anti-slip performance.
Application
Anti-slip testing machine: Apply the specified force value to the finished shoes. The shoe sole is placed on different media, such as standard floor materials, PVC, ceramic tiles, or stainless steel and other media. Under the specified testing speed, measure the friction coefficient of the shoes to evaluate the shoe's anti-slip performance.
Principle
Fix the test shoe sample on the fixture, apply the specified pressure to the sample, and have the test platform move horizontally at a specified speed. Measure the friction resistance between the shoe sample and the standard medium. The computer system selects the friction resistance within the specified time and area, and calculates the friction coefficient.
