The automotive shock absorber dual-action durability testing machine simulates the actual working conditions of a shock absorber mounted on a vehicle during road driving.  It can also be used for testing shock absorber assemblies and components such as oil seals and springs.  Through simultaneous upward and downward excitation, it performs accelerated durability testing of the shock absorber under dynamic conditions. The upper excitation simulates the low-frequency, large-amplitude vibration of the vehicle body, while the lower excitation simulates the high-frequency, small-amplitude vibration of the wheel. During the test, the sample simultaneously withstands simulated variable-amplitude lateral forces. The performance of the shock absorber is evaluated based on its changes, providing data for application and research by users. This testing method is faster and more economical than road testing, making it an essential testing equipment for shock absorber manufacturers and research institutions to control and improve product quality.

The testing machine has a compact structure and is easy to operate and maintain. It uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the operation. The temperature rise of the shock absorber during testing can be detected by an infrared probe and displayed on the touch screen and recorder. Cooling can be controlled through the machine's built-in water cooling circulation system. The touch screen and recorder can collect signals, display the test speed, number of cycles, sample temperature, and test running status in real time. The former monitors the test data, while the latter records the test parameters, and a USB port allows for printing of test reports. The equipment automatically stops when the set number of cycles is reached.
