JIS T8050 ISO 13995 Dynamic Tearing Through Testing Machine Clothing Impact Resistance Tester
Introduction
This machine is mainly used to dynamically evaluate the impact resistance of materials such as protective clothing against the penetration and tearing actions of sharp tools. The sample is installed with its surface perpendicular to the falling sharp tool. The heavy hammer with the sharp tool is dropped from a certain height, and the tearing length of the sample caused by the impact energy of the heavy hammer is measured to evaluate the dynamic tear resistance of the tested material. The impact energy of the heavy hammer is determined by measuring the falling time of the heavy hammer with a photoelectric sensor and automatically calculating the falling speed before it hits the sample surface. The kinetic energy (J: joule) is then calculated using the mass of the heavy hammer.
