I. Product Introduction
The rotational rheometer is one of the instruments used to study and measure the rheological properties of materials. It applies forced steady-state rate loading, steady-state stress loading, dynamic sinusoidal periodic strain loading or dynamic sinusoidal periodic stress loading to the sample, and observes the response data of the sample to the applied load. By measuring rheological data such as shear rate, shear stress, oscillation frequency, stress-strain amplitude, etc., it is a widely used rheological measurement instrument in the field of materials, capable of studying the flow and deformation characteristics of samples ranging from low-viscosity fluids to high-strength solids.
II. Working Principle
The servo motor drives the concentric outer cylinder, and the rotation of the outer cylinder drives the internal sample to rotate. The sample generates shear stress on the measuring cone, and the shear stress is measured to calculate the viscosity, elastic modulus, loss modulus, phase angle and other parameters of the sample.
III. Product Features
1. The sample contact part is made of Hastelloy, which can measure common corrosive samples.
2. The measuring cone is a frictionless suspended structure, and the measurement data is not affected by friction, ensuring high accuracy.
3. A anti-climbing rod device is designed to reduce the influence of liquid climbing on the rod on the viscosity of the sample.
4. The stress sensor and the measuring cone are an integrated structure, effectively avoiding the problem of inaccurate measurement of low-viscosity samples.
5. The entire testing process is carried out under high temperature and high pressure, and the pressure has no effect on the measurement results.
6. Flexible testing process, convenient for modifying the testing steps during the testing process. The same sample can freely switch between steady-state testing and oscillation mode.
7. The laser displacement sensor has a high sampling frequency, and there is no data loss, ensuring stable test data.
