Product Introduction
Microleakage Sealing Tester is suitable for package sealing test. The instrument adopts vacuum / pressure attenuation test principle and non-destructive testing technology. It meets ASTM and National test standard and method. High precision CCIT testing technology can detect the leakage of micro holes. It can be used to verify the sealing integrity of large and small volume injection and lyophilized products such as vials bottle, ampoule bottle, infusion bottle, precharge needle and eye drops bottle. It is widely used by pharmaceutical manufacturers, third-party testing institutions and drug testing institutions.

Summary |
Negative pressure method is a commonly used method to test the sealing performance. According to the research, although water molecules can pass through the 5um leak, it will be found in the actual detection that if the 5um leak is encountered, it is difficult for personnel to observe the penetration of liquid, resulting in misjudgment. And after this sealing test, the sample can not be used again. |

Test principle of vacuum attenuation method
According to ASTM F2338 vacuum attenuation sealing test standard requirements, based on vacuum sensing technology. Connect the micro leakage tester host to a test chamber specially designed to accommodate the object to be tested. The instrument vacuumizes the test chamber, and the pressure difference is formed inside and outside the package. Under the effect of pressure, the gas in the package diffuses into the test chamber through the leakage hole. The vacuum sensor technology detects the change relationship between time and pressure, and compares it with the standard value (established mathematical model), so as to judge whether the sample leaks.
Technical characteristics of the instrument
