The measurement results are precise and stable. An environmentally friendly and noise-free semiconductor water cooling circulation system is adopted. It can intelligently adjust the cooling capacity based on the previous heat generation, automatically balance and stabilize the water temperature, significantly reducing the interference of environmental temperature fluctuations on the experiment. Combined with high-precision temperature measurement technology, the annual change in heat capacity is ≤ 0.2%, and the accuracy exceeds the requirements of the national standard, ensuring that the results of each heat value detection are stable and reliable.
Fully automated design
The system is convenient and efficient, equipped with the MCPC intelligent control module. The entire experiment runs autonomously without the need for intervention from the upper computer. It supports offline operation and instrument self-diagnosis. At the same time, it integrates functions such as electronic lock, automatic identification of oxygen bomb, automatic water volume measurement, and ignition wire status discrimination. The entire process from locking the experiment, automatic detection to unlocking is fully automated. This completely eliminates human operation errors. The single sample test can be completed in just 10 minutes, significantly improving the detection efficiency.
Multiple layers of protection
The instrument with strong anti-interference capability adopts an integrated heat insulation design, effectively isolating external environmental interference; it is equipped with an electronic lock module, automatically locking during the experiment to prevent accidental operation; at the same time, it has multiple safety mechanisms such as bad condition discrimination of the ignition wire and anti-interference circuits, fundamentally avoiding experimental risks and ensuring the safety of the equipment and personnel.
Wide adaptability
It has strong scalability and not only supports the calorific value analysis of conventional fuels such as coal, coke, and biomass, but also can be adapted to various solid/liquid combustible substances including petroleum, solid hazardous waste, cement raw materials, etc. It can be connected to the laboratory management system to achieve automatic data backup and upload, meet the data traceability requirements, and can also be equipped with special oxygen bombs, gas collection devices and other accessories to adapt to special sample testing scenarios.
Technical Features
Utilizing a unique semiconductor water cooling circulation system (more environmentally friendly, pollution-free, and noiseless), the cooling capacity can be determined based on the previous heat generation. The water circulation system is balanced, allowing for continuous and uninterrupted experiments. The water temperature is automatically maintained at a relatively stable level without the need for manual temperature adjustment, thereby reducing the influence of the environment on the test results and ensuring more accurate experimental outcomes.
By using the MCPC control module, the instrument status can be monitored in real time, and the instrument parameters can be saved. The test process can be completed independently without the intervention of the upper computer. It enables offline operation and self-diagnosis alerts for the instrument, significantly enhancing its reliability.
The instrument is designed in an integrated manner, resulting in a more exquisite appearance, a more reasonable structure, and reduced space requirements for placement.
By using the electronic lock module, the experiment will be automatically locked at the beginning and automatically unlocked at the end. This prevents any accidental human operations during the experiment from affecting the test results, significantly enhancing the safety and convenience of the experiment.
The oxygen bomb automatic identification technology is adopted to automatically distinguish the heat capacities of different oxygen bombs.
By using heat-insulating materials, the influence from the external environment is isolated, and the instrument has strong anti-interference capability.
The probe-type electronic measuring cup is adopted, which automatically measures the water volume in the inner cylinder. The repeatability error is less than 0.5g, and the test time is short with accurate results.
The automatic fault detection function for the ignition wire can accurately identify the abnormal condition of the ignition wire.
It can be connected to the laboratory management system, enabling the transfer of balance data without any loss, as well as the backup and upload of test results.
For solid waste samples, special oxygen bombs and crucibles can be selected as accessories.
It can be optionally equipped with an oxygen bomb gas collection device, which is used for collecting the gas inside the oxygen bomb.
