Technical features
1. Utilizing four probes for real-time temperature sensing, during the test process, real-time detection is conducted on the outer cylinder, inner cylinder, temperature control water tank, and room temperature, truly achieving automatic adjustment of the inner and outer cylinder temperatures.
2. Using the MCPC control module, the instrument status is monitored in real time, instrument parameters are saved, the test process is completed autonomously, without the need for intervention from the upper computer, enabling offline operation, self-diagnosis alerts for the instrument, and significantly enhancing the reliability of the instrument.
3. Adopting a new type of automatic oxygen filling and discharging device and an automatic oxygen bomb lifting mechanism, the oxygen bomb automatically lifts and discharges oxygen, with high automation and simple, convenient operation.
4. Utilizing oxygen bomb automatic identification technology to automatically distinguish the heat capacity of different oxygen bombs.
5. Using a pump circulation method to ensure that the temperatures at all points of the entire calorimetric system are relatively balanced, ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
6. Using heat insulation materials to isolate the influence of the external environment, making the instrument highly resistant to interference.
7. Using a probe-type electronic measuring cup to automatically measure the water volume in the inner cylinder. The repeatability error is less than 0.5g, and the water volume in the inner cylinder is precise and stable. The test time is short and the results are accurate.
8. Automatic ignition wire discrimination function, accurately determining the poor condition of the ignition wire.
9. Using a test water filtration device to prevent impurities from blocking the water path.
10. According to the laboratory working conditions, it can be converted from a desktop structure to a vertical structure.
11. It can be connected to the laboratory management system to achieve no loss of balance of the balance data, backup and upload of test results.
12. For solid waste samples, special oxygen bombs, crucibles, and other accessories can be selected.
