Introduction

This instrument is a special equipment for removing bubbles after accelerated aging of asphalt in the pressure container under high temperature and compressed air, and complies with the T0630-2011 vacuum box for accelerated asphalt aging test in the pressure aging container.

Purpose

This instrument is manufactured in accordance with ASTM IPS36 and AADH TO PPI standards. It is used to evaluate the aging condition of asphalt under natural environment. The PAV-1 type asphalt pressure aging system is designed and manufactured based on the requirements specified in the Chinese industry standard JTG3410-2025 "Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", the T0630 "Accelerated Asphalt Aging Test by Pressure Aging Container" in the standard, the Chinese petrochemical industry standard SH/T0774 "Accelerated Aging Test Method (PAV Method)" and the test methods of ASTM D6521 and AASHTO PPI.

Main technical features

1) The PAV-1-1 asphalt pressure aging cabinet integrates the pressure container device and the automatic operating system, and adopts computer real-time monitoring to ensure the correct operation of the equipment.

2) The PAV-1-2 asphalt aging vacuum box has temperature and time linkage control. The outer shell and main structure of the entire system equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel materials.

3) This system uses high temperature and compressed air in the pressure container to accelerate the aging of asphalt, simulating the oxidation aging of asphalt during its use on roads, and is suitable for evaluating the antioxidant aging ability of different asphalt under test temperature and pressure conditions.
