Overview
This instrument is mainly used to measure the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, thermal conductive silicone, silicone grease, resins, rubber, beryllium oxide ceramics, aluminum oxide ceramics, etc. It also measures the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of the materials. The tested materials are in solid sheet form. With a frame, it can also test powder and paste materials.

Instrument features
It has an automatic pressure system and an automatic thickness measurement device, and is connected to a computer to achieve fully automatic control. The instrument uses 6-point temperature gradient detection, which improves the test accuracy. It can measure the thermal resistance curve under different pressures, and uses an optimized mathematical model to measure multiple parameters such as the material's thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, and contact thermal resistance at the interface.
It is widely used in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production factories for the thermal conductivity analysis and testing of materials.
