Structure and Functions

Software Configuration
1. Involute Cylindrical Gears (Spur Gear, Helical Gear, Spline Gear) The basic configuration can complete basic error items such as cylindrical gears, sector gears (including sector gears with non-integer circumferential tooth count), bevel gears, multi-section tooth profiles (Fα, ffα, fHα, Cα), helix measurement (Fβ, ffβ, fHβ, Cβ), pitch deviation (FP, FPK, fPt, Fu), and radial runout (Fr). It supports the calculation of tooth profile trimming amount (fFu, FKo) and helix trimming amount (fu, fo), common normal Wk, span distance M, slot width measurement, pre- and post-firing analysis of gears, gear sets, sector teeth, end face perpendicularity, gear position: keyway width parallelism, keyway and tooth position, gear-to-gear position, herringbone tooth measurement, and centering measurement.
