Automatical On-site air Tightness Tester Building Exterior Windows Wind Pressure Resistance Test Machine Watertightness Tester
Product Introduction
This exterior window on-site air tightness testing equipment automatically detects and collects data parameters based on on-site testing of doors and windows. It represents the most optimized design for on-site air tightness testing of doors and windows. Furthermore, the software has been modified and improved to accommodate changes in door and window product standards.
Reference Standards
GB/T5824-1986 "Building Door and Window Opening Dimension Series"
JGJ132-2007 "Residential Building Energy Efficiency Inspection Standard"
JG/T211-2007 "On-site Testing Methods for Airtightness, Watertightness, and Wind Pressure Resistance of Building Exterior Windows"
Operation Guide
Testing Preparation
1. Number of Test Specimens
At least three test specimens of the same window type and size should be tested.
2. Test Specimen Requirements
1) The test specimens must be qualified products or developed according to the provided drawings. No unnecessary parts or special assembly techniques or improvements may be used.
2) The specimen mounting must comply with design requirements.
3) The specimen must be assembled and properly fitted according to design requirements and kept clean and dry.
3. Equipment Installation
1) Select the test specimen doors and windows. Secure two layers of plastic film to the specimen, sealing them. Cut a 75mm diameter circle in the center of the plastic film.
2) Secure the stainless steel flange to the circle in the plastic film using the internal threaded hand screws. Attach the stainless steel flange to the tripod and adjust the tripod's height and position. Attach either end of the bellows to the stainless steel flange and secure with a hose clamp. At the same time, secure the other end of the bellows to the air outlet of the test chamber using a hose clamp. The connection between the specimen and the mounting frame must be secure and airtight. The mounted specimen must be vertical and the lower frame must be horizontal. Deformation due to installation is not permitted.
3) Connect the test chamber's socket to the power supply via the power cord, and the signal cable to the computer's serial port via the serial port.
