The 1076 Laser Particle Size Distribution System is a high-tech product integrating optics, machinery, electronics and computer technology. It uses imported semiconductor lasers, which have long service life and excellent monochromaticity. The advanced mechanical design and processing technology, as well as microelectronic integrated circuit technology, high-sensitivity photovoltaic receiving system, and the entire Mie theory as the basis, combined with excellent calculation methods, make the test data more accurate and efficient.

It can be used to test the particle size distribution of various solid powders or emulsions. For example:

(Circular Sample Feeder (Optional Component))
The circular sample feeder is equipped with ultrasonic, circulation, stirring, and ultrasonic timing functions. The circulation system adopts the peristaltic pump method, which will not cause any contamination to the samples and ensures the accuracy of the test data. The 1076 laser particle size analyzer has two sample injection methods: a micro sample chamber and a circular sample chamber. The micro sample chamber is specially designed for some samples that require organic solvents as the medium; the circular sample chamber is usually used for testing samples with water as the medium, and these two injection methods do not need to be switched, making them very convenient to use.

The 1076 laser particle size distribution system is a high-tech product integrating optics, machinery, electronics and computers. The data processing is accomplished by a dedicated computer analysis system software, and the test reports are output by a printer.
(3) Unique integrated optical path technology
The optimized inverse Fourier optical transformation design, combined with the unique integrated optical path structure, makes the optical path more stable and requires no adjustment during long-term use; advanced mechanical design and processing technology make the instrument's structure more compact and reasonable; the streamlined design is elegant and generous, making it more convenient to use and maintain; effective shielding and anti-interference technologies ensure that the electrical and other performance of the instrument are more stable.
(4) High-sensitivity, wide-angle photoelectric receiver array
The unique photodetector array design effectively improves the resolution of the instrument. The main-directional photodetectors consist of 71 photovoltaic cells, with the maximum detection angle reaching 21.5º; the non-uniformly cross-arranged lateral photodetectors have a total of 5 photovoltaic cells, among which the maximum lateral angle is 70º.

Using a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 635nm and a power of 3mw, the service life exceeds 25,000 hours, effectively extending the usage and storage time of the laser particle size distribution instrument.
(6) Excellent H. Golub distribution inversion algorithm
The laser particle size testing system is entirely based on the advanced Mie scattering theory. It employs the excellent H. Golub distribution inversion algorithm and combines with unique instrument hardware design. As a result, whether the tested sample is a single distribution or a mixture, the testing data can be made more accurate and efficient.
(7) The output result format is flexible.
The output format of the report sheet is flexible. It can be customized according to the user's needs, including cumulative particle size distribution data and curves, interval particle size distribution data and histograms, as well as various typical particle size values, etc.
(8) Compliant with the international standard ISO13320-1
In order to meet the users' requirements for the accuracy and repeatability of the test results, as well as their need for traceability, the laser particle size analyzer fully complies with the ISO13320-1 international standard. Each laser particle size analyzer has been strictly inspected by national standard substances, and can only be put on the market after all indicators are fully qualified.
