1.Description:
This instrument is a specialized device for measuring the frost resistance of ceramic tiles. It complies with the requirements of GB/3810.12-2016 and ISO10545-12:1995 for the determination of the frost resistance of ceramic tiles.
2.Equipment Structure:
The instrument consists of a freezing test chamber, an inlet and outlet system, and a temperature control and automatic control system.
The working principle of this instrument is designed and realized in accordance with the requirements of the GB/3810.12-2016 national standard.
According to the test requirements, the electronic counter is set to the test cycle number (100 times). The sample is placed in the test area, and the cover plate is closed. The refrigeration causes the test area to freeze to -5˚C, and it is maintained for 15 minutes. The inlet water pump is turned on to spray water on the sample, raising the test temperature to +5˚C, and it is maintained for 15 minutes. The counter counts once, and the electronic counter is set to the test cycle number (100 times) according to the test requirements. The above cycle is automatically repeated for the test, and after the test is completed, an alarm message is given.).
