Highlight: | Glass Crystallization Furnace,Lab Crystallization Furnace,Glass Devitrification Equipment |
Because the internal energy of glass is higher than that of the crystal with the same composition, glass is in a metastable state and has a tendency to spontaneously crystallize under certain conditions. This phenomenon of crystal formation is called crystallization, also known as opacification or de-glassification. Measuring the crystallization performance of glass refers to determining the crystallization temperature range of the glass, the upper and lower limits, and the degree of crystallization within this temperature range. Based on the measurement results, a reasonable melting, forming, and thermal processing system can be established to avoid crystallization and obtain transparent and ideal glass products.
This instrument uses the gradient furnace method to measure the crystallization performance of glass and is widely used in factories, schools, and research institutions for analyzing and testing the crystallization performance of non-metallic materials such as glass. It plays a guiding role in mastering its production process and forming.
