Product Overview
The heat flow thermal conductivity tester is designed in accordance with the national standard GB/T 10295-2008 "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulation Materials." This equipment is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of GB/T39704-2020 "Determination of Effective Thermal Conductivity of Vacuum Insulation Panels," GB/T39704-2020 "Determination of Effective Thermal Conductivity of Vacuum Insulation Panels," and GB/T25261-2018 "Reflective Thermal Insulation Coatings for Buildings." This equipment is primarily used to test the thermal conductivity of STP and VIP vacuum insulation panels. Product Applications
This equipment is primarily used to test the thermal conductivity of STP and VIP vacuum insulation panels. It can also measure materials such as silicate insulation materials, ceramic insulation materials, polystyrene powder, extruded polystyrene (XPS), rigid polyurethane foam insulation boards, foamed cement boards, inorganic fireproof insulation mortars, ceramic insulation boards, extruded XPS boards, EPS foam boards, perlite and perlite bricks, vermiculite and vermiculite bricks, and foamed cement.
Product Features
The heat flow meter thermal conductivity tester integrates a thermostat, and all measurement and control functions are computer-controlled. A computer interface enables fully automated instrument control, data acquisition and processing, as well as thermal conductivity calculation, display, and printout. The instrument offers fast measurement times, high speed, accurate data, a high degree of automation, and low noise. The specimen is clamped securely with an electric clamping device, and the clamping pressure of the electric system can be adjusted according to actual needs.
