Test Chamber Material

d. Manual water inlet valve (automatic water replenishment function, allows continuous testing without stopping).

8. Mechanical structure:

a. Cylindrical inner chamber, stainless steel cylindrical test chamber structure, conforming to industrial safety container standards, designed to prevent condensation and dripping during testing.

b. Curved inner lining, stainless steel curved inner lining design to avoid direct impact of steam latent heat on the test sample.

c. Precision design, good airtightness, low water consumption, each water refill allows for continuous operation for 400 hours.

d. Patented packing design ensures a tighter seal between the door and the chamber, completely different from traditional compression type, extending packing life.

9. Safety protection:

a. Imported high-temperature resistant sealed solenoid valve, using a dual-circuit structure to ensure no pressure leakage.

b. The whole machine is equipped with overpressure protection, overtemperature protection, one-key pressure relief, and manual pressure relief multiple safety protection devices to ensure user safety to the greatest extent. c. Anti-pressure door lock device: The test chamber door cannot be opened when there is pressure inside the test chamber.
