Instrument Features
I. Warping Device:
1. Adopts a PLC-controlled integrated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic structure. The PLC, rotary encoder, and servo motor provide closed-loop online detection of yarn displacement during the warping process, ensuring a yarn displacement accuracy of 0.01mm.
2. Yarn color selection uses a rotary cylinder from SMC Corporation of Japan, ensuring reliable and accurate yarn changes quickly and efficiently.
3. Yarn winding uses an AC frequency converter to online detect the yarn winding speed and corresponding splitting speed and yarn changing speed.
4. Yarn splitting adopts a modular design, resulting in a stable and reliable structure with a low splitting error rate.
II. Rewinding Device:
A frequency converter controls the rewinding speed, ensuring constant linear speed winding of the yarn during rewinding. A pneumatic pressure damping structure ensures uniform tension of the yarn sheet.
III. Bobbin Creel:
1. Uses a pneumatic blowing structure to prevent yarn tension relaxation, avoiding tension relaxation of different colored yarns during yarn changes, which contributes to uniform yarn sheet tension.
2. Two sets of yarn breakage detection and double winding prevention structures are interlinked, greatly increasing the reliability of automatic stop for yarn breakage and double winding.
IV. Control System:
1. Hardware: AC servo control system, switching power supply, frequency converter, low-voltage electrical appliances.
2. Software: Uses a compatible yarn warping process program, including functions such as yarn process setting, warping parameter setting, warping monitoring, fault detection, and parameter modification.
