Product Introduction
The quality characteristics of synthetic fibers are determined by temperature and tension during the processing after spinning. This machine is designed to clarify this relationship. It heats the samples at a non-uniform speed, enabling accurate measurement of temperature stress, estimation of the thermal stress of the material, setting of the optimal conditions, and analysis to identify the causes of defects.
Instrument features
1. Compact and lightweight, designed specifically for measuring thermal stress and thermal contraction rate. The operator can operate it more easily.
2. The temperature rises very quickly. It adopts an excellent and reproducible heating method, ensuring accurate stress measurement values of the temperature.
3. While measuring the expansion state of the sample under heating temperature, due to the ability to measure the integral characteristics of temperature, the analysis of the movement behavior becomes much simpler.

Application Effects
