Equipment Overview
The LR-2000B intelligent torque wrench calibration instrument can be used to calibrate indicating, preset, and pointer-type torque wrenches. This device has multiple built-in sensors, covering a static torque range of 4-1500 N·m.
The equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the calibration procedures of "JJG707-2014 Torque Wrench Calibration Procedure," "JJG797-2013 Torque Wrench Calibration Instrument Calibration Procedure," "JJG 1103-2014 Standard Torque Wrench Calibration Procedure," "JJG 769-2009 Torque Standard Machine," and "JJG 995-2005 Static Torque Measuring Instrument." This device is an intelligent, multi-functional measuring instrument designed and manufactured for testing and calibrating various torque wrenches. It is mainly used for testing and calibrating various torque wrenches, and can also be used to take the rotating torque sensor to the field for calibration work, destructive testing of parts, etc. It features simple operation, high precision, and comprehensive functions, and is widely used in various industries such as electrical engineering, light industry, machinery manufacturing, and research institutions.

2.1 Automatic Torque Wrench Calibration Instrument
2.1.1 The device features unique PID control and constant torque loading, enabling rapid calibration of high and low torque ranges of torque wrenches.
2.1.2 The measurement and control system uses a Linux operating system and a 7-inch high-definition touch screen (capacitive screen) that can be connected to a barcode scanner and label printer.
2.1.3 The software is customized for metrology institutes, third-party calibration agencies, and automobile manufacturers. It provides comprehensive historical measurement analysis functions and a powerful database while collecting curves and data, and multiple devices can share data (extended function).
2.1.4 The static torque sensor is independently developed, with a two-ended square tenon structure for quick insertion and removal, eliminating the need for tools to disassemble screws, allowing sensor replacement in tens of seconds.
2.1.5 The workbench reaction arm can be quickly extended, allowing for the calibration of wrenches up to 1.8 meters in length.
2.1.6 Includes several adapters to fit most tested wrenches; custom adapters for non-standard wrenches are available free of charge.
2.1.7 Includes a dedicated metrology management platform for managing torque wrenches, test data, and calibration due dates.
