Test principle
The Markon value of cotton (i.e., the maturity of the cotton) can be tested using the airflow method. When a certain pressure of air is applied to the cotton sample, due to the different fineness of the cotton, the flow rate of the gas passing through will also be different. By measuring the gas flow rate, the related Markon value can be determined.
Technical features
1. Utilizes high-precision, wide-range electronic flow sensors. The Markon value measurement range is wide, reaching 2.7 to 7.0, and it can test almost all cotton available on the market. This is currently the most widely applicable instrument in the world for measuring the Markon value using the airflow method.
2. One-click testing. After installing the sample, simply press one button to quickly conduct the test. The instrument has a USB interface, allowing for the statistical, analysis, and printing of test results using the accompanying software. It can also save the test report in EXCEL format.
3. Easy calibration. Using standard cotton, calibration can be performed quickly. After calibration, the Markon value can be accurately tested even in non-standard laboratory environments.
