Product Overview and Structure
The LR-E101 dry and wet sand rubber wheel abrasion testing machine conforms to the requirements of the American ASTM-G65 standard (Standard Test Method for Measuring Abrasion Using the Dry Sand/Rubber Wheel Apparatus), and also to the JBT_7705-1995 standard (Test Method for Abrasive Wear of Loose Abrasive Particles - Rubber Wheel Method). This machine is a dry and wet sand semi-free abrasive wear testing machine. The working principle for wet sand testing: It uses a counter-clockwise rotating rubber wheel to drive abrasive materials such as mineral sand, gravel, and mud to abrade various metal or non-metal materials, thereby testing the wear resistance of the materials. The working principle for dry sand testing: Quartz sand falls freely along a metal nozzle, and a clockwise rotating rubber wheel drives the quartz sand (mineral sand, gravel, sand) and other abrasive materials to abrade various metal or non-metal materials, thereby testing the wear resistance of the materials. It can be used in various industries such as mining machinery, construction machinery, excavating machinery, transportation machinery, and agricultural machinery for screening wear-resistant materials in the laboratory. This machine can also be better used by research departments for studying the mechanism of abrasive wear.
