Product Introduction The LR-Z274 omnidirectional planetary ball mill (for laboratory use) is a powerful, stable, and highly efficient laboratory grinding instrument. Unlike vertical planetary ball mills, this system allows the main planetary disk to perform continuous 360°rotation—or operate at any chosen angle—while the grinding jars are in motion. This ensures that the sample material inside the jars is thoroughly involved in the grinding and mixing process, effectively minimizing the settling of material at the bottom of the jars. It is suitable for both wet and dry grinding and pulverization of hard, medium-hard, brittle, and fibrous materials, capable of achieving a final particle size of less than 0.1 μm (colloidal range). It is also highly effective for grinding solids in suspensions, mixing and homogenizing samples, and performing tasks such as metal alloying. The system offers comprehensive functionality and high efficiency, with a design that significantly reduces material settling. It features four grinding stations, allowing for the simultaneous processing of four different samples. The exceptionally high centrifugal force generated by the omnidirectional planetary ball mill results in intense grinding energy; combined with the 360° rotation, this ensures shorter processing times and a more uniform output.
